These terms govern your use of silkworks.in (and silkworks.netlify.app) and any purchase made through it. By using our website you agree to these terms. The merchant of record is Silkworks, trading as Karachi Engineering Co., 1st floor, Thadani House, 329/A Worli Village, Mumbai 400030 ("Silkworks", "we", "us", "our").

1. Products & listings

Silkworks specialises in vintage, antique and curated decorative arts. Each piece is unique. We make every effort to display item colours, textures and dimensions accurately, but minor variations are inherent to vintage objects. Stock is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Pricing & taxes

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable Indian GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. International customers may be liable for import duties and taxes at destination.

3. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We confirm receipt of your order by email; the contract is formed only when we dispatch the piece. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, including for stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. In such cases your payment is refunded in full.

4. Payment

Payments are processed through PayU (PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd.), a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment gateway licensed by the Reserve Bank of India. We accept credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, EMI and digital wallets supported by PayU. Silkworks does not store your full card details, CVV or bank credentials.

7. Intellectual property

All photography, text and design on this website are the property of Silkworks (Karachi Engineering Co.) and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Silkworks' liability arising from any order is limited to the price paid for the piece in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra.
