Shipping policy

All Silkworks orders are dispatched from our atelier at 1st floor, Thadani House, 329/A Worli Village, Mumbai 400030. We pack each piece by hand using sustainable materials, with extra care for fragile items.

Domestic (India) shipping

International shipping

We ship globally via DHL, FedEx and India Post EMS. Charges are calculated based on weight, declared value and destination, and we will email you a shipping quote after order placement and before dispatch. Please note:

Order processing

Most orders ship within 3–5 business days of payment. If a piece needs additional packing care or restoration before dispatch, we will write to you with an updated dispatch window.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is handed over to the courier. If you do not see anything in your inbox within 5 business days, please check spam or write to hello@silkworksindia.com.

Lost or damaged in transit

Every Silkworks parcel is shipped insured. If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the box and the item before unpacking further and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the carrier on a claim and arrange a replacement or refund.
