Returns & refunds
Because we deal in vintage and one-of-a-kind pieces, we describe and photograph each item carefully so that you can make a confident decision before you buy. We do, however, want you to love the pieces that arrive in your home, and we work with you fairly when something is not right.
7-day return window
Most pieces are eligible for return within 7 days of delivery, provided the piece is unused and returned in its original condition and packaging. To begin a return, write to hello@silkworksindia.com with your order reference and reason. We will send a return shipping label or instructions.
Items that cannot be returned
- Items marked "final sale" on the listing.
- Custom-sourced or made-to-order pieces.
- Pierced jewelry (earrings) for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
- Items damaged after delivery through misuse.
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, please photograph the box and contents and email us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with the courier on an insurance claim and arrange a refund or replacement at no cost to you.
Refund process
Refunds are issued to the original payment method via PayU. Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds typically reach your account within 7–10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases of damage or our error.
Cancellation
If you change your mind before your order has been dispatched, write to us and we will refund your payment in full. After dispatch, the standard return process applies.
