Payment methods

All payments on silkworks.in are processed securely through PayU (PayU Payments Pvt. Ltd.), a payment aggregator licensed by the Reserve Bank of India and certified to PCI-DSS Level 1. You will be redirected to PayU's hosted payment page at checkout — Silkworks does not see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials.

What you can pay with

• Credit cards — Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Diners Club, Rupay, Discover.
• Debit cards — Visa, Mastercard, Rupay and Maestro debit cards issued by all major Indian banks.
• UPI — Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI, BHIM, Amazon Pay UPI and any UPI app.
• Net banking — 50+ Indian banks supported through PayU's net-banking flow.
• Wallets — Paytm Wallet, Mobikwik, Freecharge, Amazon Pay and others supported by PayU.
• EMI — credit-card EMI from 6 to 24 months (where supported by your card issuer) and Cardless EMI through PayU's partners.

Currency

All prices on this website are in Indian Rupees (₹, INR) and are inclusive of applicable Indian GST unless stated otherwise. International customers can pay in INR using an internationally enabled card; the conversion is handled by your card-issuing bank at their prevailing rate. Customs duties at destination are the customer's responsibility (see Shipping policy).

Security

The Silkworks website is served exclusively over HTTPS. The PayU hosted checkout runs on PayU's own PCI-DSS Level 1 certified infrastructure. Card and bank credentials are never transmitted to or stored on Silkworks systems. PayU performs 3D Secure authentication where supported by your card.

Payment confirmation

Once your payment succeeds you are returned to Silkworks with a confirmation page and an order reference. You will also receive a confirmation email and a PayU receipt email. If you do not see either within 30 minutes, please contact us with the date, time and amount of the attempted payment.

Failed or pending payments

If a payment fails, no amount is debited and you can try again. If your bank shows a debit but Silkworks shows the order as failed (a "pending" state), the amount is automatically reversed by your bank within 5–7 business days.
